Forget the standard response which is absolutely meaningless: Plan and think about the care of the public. Org anise the buses more frequently on summer days - start by running the 123 Bus at a different time instead of having it run on a time table so close to the 31!!! Seriously!? [Why not run an extra bus and charge a euro?] What does Luts get paid to do? Obviously not plan a service which takes into consideration the influx of tourists when the weather is warmer.
Have the paying bus- 123 run at least 30 minutes later than the 31. But does anyone in Narva really care about the public services here?
